Throughout his 42 year career as a Patent Attorney filing and prosecuting patent cases, Nick has additionally handled a wide variety of other matters including managing technology development and intellectual property for entrepreneurs and engineers, for example:

• Determining and project-managing high-value successful litigation actions
• Setting up and managing an in-house technology development engineering process
• Advising on, and implementing, patent strategies in a wide variety of commercial situations
• Reviewing patent portfolios for licensing opportunities and general commercial exploitation
• Attending to external submissions from inventors and entrepreneurs
  Investigating and analysing technology reports.

During this long and broad career, he has developed an extensive and valuable international network of contacts in all relevant areas, covering investment, academic research, technology development, licensing, and specialist Intellectual Property Law.
